After this E- learning day, I found that using computer to do homework is quite interesting but I think that this event is not a very good idea. The bad thing is that the homework load is too heavy and we cannot finish it by the E-learning day. This can also get quite inconvenient for the students without internet access. They would also need to waste quite a lot of time going to school and coming back from school. At the point of time when i heard the news of having an E-learning day, I thought that it will be very useful and I can get to know a lot more new knowledge. But after this E-learning day, I think that this activitiy is just for us to search the web and copy down whatever we find. I believe that we should not have 'E-learning day' in the future as this is also quite harmful to our eyesights and we can get quite dizzy sometimes when we stare at the computer for too long. In my opinion, i think that having this E-learning day is a wastage of time as I cannot really understand what the internet is saying about and we cannot have the chance to ask questions. We will also have the habit of chatting while doing homework, which will distract us and thus, we cannot concentrate on our work. And what if there are two users at home, it may be quite difficult to arrange the timing of using the computer. Those who are not familiar with the keyboard may have difficulty searching the alphabets and this will be time consuming. In my opinion, i think that the ministry of education should give each of the students a laptop if they want to carry on this event so that this can minimize the number of students going out borrowing or renting a computer just to have internet access. But of course, I still appreciate the teachers' effort in practising this E-learning day.
