we have decided to
change date of BBQ.

coz 2 or 3 teacher cannot make it
on de original date, 8 june 2008.

so now de plan is to change date.
we will change de date and ask
de teachers if they can make it on tt new date.
if they can, we will take tt new date as our class gathering.
If they still cannot, then change again.
If still cannot, will stick bak to original plan.

now, next issue is to consider other factors.

Factors to consider:
- change of date [8 June (sun), 9 June (mon), 15 June (sun) or 16 June (mon) ?]
- change of time (evening BBQ?)
- location of BBQ pit (Area B, C, D, E, F or G?)
- Budget of items
